Dedication of Winston Pulliam Bridge On November 21, the Buncombe County Board of Commissioners, Asheville City Council and the State Department of Transportation will dedicate the bridge on I-40 located at Exit 50 over US 25 in Asheville as the "Winston Pulliam Bridge" in honor of local community leader Winston Pulliam. The dedication ceremony will be held on Friday, November 21 at 2 p.m. in City Council Chambers in downtown Asheville. The public is invited to attend.
