The Landfill and Transfer Station will be open on their regular schedule. Regional Bicycle Plan Kickoff Everyone is invited to attend the kickoff meeting of the Regional Bicycle Plan on November 30 from 1 to 2:30 p.m. at the Haywood Community College High Tech Center, 112 Industrial Park Drive in Waynesville. (Exit 104 off US 74, 5 minutes to I-40, 30 minutes to I-26). This plan will provide the vision for regional bicycle infrastructure, improvements and available funding.
