Have thought about adjusting some of your favorite holiday dishes or baked goods to make them healthier? Do you want some new recipes to try that fit into a Diabetic or Heart Healthy eating plan? Bring your lunch and join us on December 14 from 10 a.m. until 2 p.m. at this hands-on class where we will try some healthy holiday recipes as well as learn ways to make our favorite recipes healthier. Class size is limited so register early. Registration fee is $5 and covers items for the recipes as well as handouts. All classes are held at Buncombe County Cooperative Extension.
