This is because two-thirds of Americans are overweight or obese and more than half get too little physical activity.
Eating in restaurants often means eating more fat, sugar and calories, and fewer fruits and vegetables. Eating Smart on the Run provides families skills to choose wisely when eating foods away from home.

You can swim year round at Skyland Recreation Center--Now the Zeugner Center.
Skyland Recreation Center has an indoor pool that offers lap and open swim. The cost is $3.50 per day or $25 per month per person for lap swim and $3 per day person for open swim. A pass may be purchased for open swim for 10 visits for $20.
The Zeugner Center, formerly Skyland Recreation Center is located behind the TC Roberson High School football stadium in Skyland. For more information please call 684-5072.
