Commissioners Offices Have Moved
 

The Buncombe County Commissioners have moved into their new offices at 205 College Street in downtown Asheville.  They are located on the second floor of the Administration Building.

Their new mailing address is:

  • Buncombe County Commissioners
  • 205 College Street, Suite 300
  • Asheville, NC 28801

They will hold their first special meeting in their new Chambers at 30 Valley Street in downtown Asheville on April 3, 2009 at 2 p.m.

Enka-Candler Library Used Book Sale
 

The Friends of the Enka Candler Library will be having a used book sale April 2 & 3. All proceeds will benefit the library.

  • Preview Night:  Thursday, April 2nd from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. Proof of Friends membership required.

  • Book Sale:  Friday April 3rd from 10:00 to 6:00 p.m. and Saturday April 4th from 10:00 to 4:00 p.m.
