Donations can be dropped off at the Adoption Center at 14 Forever Friend Lane! With nearly 40 kitty litter boxes to clean daily in the Adoption Center, you'll be helping quite a few feline friends! The first concert of the Groovin' on Grovemont summer concert series will be The Groovemont Players - rock, soul, blues, country & beyond! This collection of Swannanoa Valley players represents a “who’s who”of Swannanoa Valley and regional talent, coordinated by Steve Moseley, performing a mix of rock, soul, blues, and beyond! This will be an evening to remember, full of wonderful musical surprises. The concert will be held on July 12 at 6 p.m. in Grovemont Square, adjacent to the Swannanoa Library. Bring a blanket or lawn chair & come enjoy this great music! Concessions will include hot dogs, pizza, home-baked goods & ice cream, with proceeds benefiting the Friends of the Swannanoa Library & the Swannanoa Emergency Assistance Program.
