All branches of the Buncombe County Public Library system will be open. Bele Chere Parking Proceeds to Benefit Special Olympics Park close to the center of Bele Chere activities and help out Special Olympics at the same time -- park in the Graybar Bele Chere parking lot for just $5! Half of the proceeds will benefit Buncombe County Special Olympics. The parking lot will be available from Friday July 24 through Sunday, July 26. It is located on Hilliard Street, just a block from The Orange Peel. The cost to park is $5 per car.
